Training Schedule for the week  08/30 - 09/05

 

 

Monday:

08/30: No workout scheduled.

  

Tuesday:

08/31: Meet Kezar/MLK intersection at 6:20 and run over to the Polo Fields, or meet at the northeast corner of the Polo Fields, outer trail (where the cross country course exits the Polo Fields) at 6:40. The Special.

  
 Wednesday:
09/01: No workout scheduled.
  

Thursday:

09/02:  Meet 6:30 at Stow Lake's north bridge for Strawberry repeats.

  
Friday:09/03: No workout scheduled.
  
 Saturday:

09/04: No workout scheduled.

  
Sunday:

Regular Training Sessions

The following are some of the regularly-scheduled times that different groups within the club train throughout the week, along with the person to contact for more information.

Tuesdays, 6:00 pm: Track workout, Kezar Stadium or Tempo run in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco. Tyler Abbott, 415-563-6355.

Thursdays, 6:00 pm: Track workout, Kezar Stadium or Tempo run in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco. Tyler Abbott, 415-563-6355.

Sundays, 8:30 am: long run or trail run, San Francisco, Marin, or Berkeley. Tyler Abbott, 415-563-6355.
