Dark Park run. | | | | | Wednesday: | 11/16: Kezar 6:30. 2 miles at 5K race pace, rest TBD, 4x 400m | | | | Thursday: | 11/17: Kezar 6:30. Dark Park run. | | | | | Friday: | 11/18: No workout scheduled. | | | | | Saturday: | 11/19: No workout scheduled. | | | | | Sunday: | 11/20: PA Champs - Between the cross and road GPs, we have four races left, and each race is the last in one part of a grand prix. The Cross GP finishes up this Sunday with PA Champs. We have some momentum going into these last few races, so hopefully we'll keep it going Sunday. Regular Training Sessions The following are some of the regularly-scheduled times that different groups within the club train throughout the week, along with the person to contact for more information.
