Training Schedule for the week  03/08 - 03/14

 

 

Monday:

03/08: No workout scheduled.

  

Tuesday:

03/09: Meet Kezar 6:20 for warmup. Start workout 6:40, workout tba.

OR: Join Matt Patout & Heather Leutwyler for morning tempo miles around Lake Merced, starting at the south parking lot at 6:30 AM. Note: they plan to do this most weeks; email ironman_mwp if interested.

Thursday:

 Saturday:03/13: Peninsula track workout, 9:00 am Cobb Field Stanford. 1.75 mile warm-up, 8x100m stride-outs (100m floats in between), 3x1200m with 400m recovery - 5000m race pace, 3x400m with 400m recovery - mile race pace, 1.25 mile cool down

Regular Training Sessions

The following are some of the regularly-scheduled times that different groups within the club train throughout the week, along with the person to contact for more information.

Tuesdays, 6:00 pm: Track workout, Kezar Stadium or Tempo run in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco. Tyler Abbott, 415-563-6355.

Thursdays, 6:00 pm: Track workout, Kezar Stadium or Tempo run in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco. Tyler Abbott, 415-563-6355.

Sundays, 8:30 am: long run or trail run, San Francisco, Marin, or Berkeley. Tyler Abbott, 415-563-6355.
