Training Schedule for the week  9/01 - 9/07

 

 

Monday:

9/01: None scheduled

   

Tuesday:

9/02: Back to The Special, Week 6. 40 minute version. Meet 6:00 at the NW corner of the outer Polo Fields loop for 6:05 start. Loops/figure 8s around the Polo Fields/cross country course.
  
 Wednesday:
9/03: Metro Sport SF group run. Meet 6:15 at the store, 2198 Filbert @ Fillmore.OR join Jin Daikoku at SF State 6:30 for 3xmile 1 lap rest, 4x200.
 
   

Thursday:

9/04: Given Saturday race, no workout.

   
Friday: 9/05: Hood to Coast starts (Santinis@7 pm).
  
 Saturday:

9/06: GGP XC. One race is under our belts, but the traditional start of the cross
country season is this Saturday 9/6 in Golden Gate Park. Women race at 9:00, masters men at 9:45, open men at 10:30.

Sunday:

9/07: Easy post-race 9 miler. Meet 10am at Lincoln/Great Highway, run to Lake Merced, around, and back.

OR: DSE Rainbow Falls 5K. Race starts 9am at JFK/Transverse.

 

Regular Training Sessions

The following are some of the regularly-scheduled times that different groups within the club train throughout the week, along with the person to contact for more information.

Tuesdays, 6:00 pm: Track workout, Kezar Stadium or Tempo run in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco. Tyler Abbott, 415-563-6355.

Thursdays, 6:00 pm: Track workout, Kezar Stadium or Tempo run in Golden Gate Park, San Francisco. Tyler Abbott, 415-563-6355.
